Felicia had stayed by Quilareth in the infirmary every day and night since the hatching. Not wanting to leave her green for one moment, not wanting to break her promise. Most nights she had stayed awake to keep an eye on Quilareth's bandages and make she the dragonet didn't have any moments of failed breathing. Now she was sitting in a chair beside Quilareth's little bed, her eyelids were drooping from exhaustion but she refused to let herself fall asleep. Even though Quilareth was sleeping restfully at that moment, she didn't want to risk being asleep if a complication arose.

Sileyn was on night shift. He had gone back to his Healer duties full time after the Hatching, although he planned to become a candidate again when another clutch was laid. Most of the patients were asleep as he walked by on his rounds, giving him time to think. After the Hatching, he had fallen into another one of his depressed moods. All the destruction on the sands had made his nightmares even worse, and now he was filled with doubts because of not Impressing. Working here was one of the few things that seemed to perk him up.
He neared the spot where the green dragon slept and saw that Felicia was still awake, but barely. Sileyn smiled and quietly came up beside her. "How's she doing?" He whispered. At least Quilareth seemed to be getting her rest.

Felicia turned her head at the voice beside her, realizing that the person must be a healer. "Oh, well she seems fine, but I don't really know about all this stuff. She does seem to be sleeping well though, despite her injuries." She might not know about medicine but she could tell Quilareth was sleeping soundly enough. As she spoke, her voice kept slurring slightly and dipping in volume.

"That's good," Sileyn said sincerely, breathing a sigh of relief. It seemed like the green would live. As for any other problems, they would just have to wait and see. He noticed Felicia's slurring speech and realized how tired she must be. He wished he could tell her to go to sleep, but she probably wanted to stay awake and watch over her dragon.
"Would you like to join me for some klah?" He asked. He could go for a cup himself, actually. "We could drink it in here."

Felicia nodded in agreement, then kept on doing so as she started to doze, then her head snapped back up. "Klah? Oh yes that would be great. Actually, that would be wonderful." She answered, glancing at Quilareth with concern, she didn't want to leave her green's side. She reached out and lightly stroked Quilareth's head, so as not to wake the sleeping dragonet.
