1. Respect, respect, respect EVERYONE. If you wouldn't want someone saying derogatory things about YOUR mother/father/grandpartents, don't say something hateful to someone else about them.
Golden Rule: Do unto others!
2. No whining about IC consequences, events, etc out of character. You didn't Impress your gold? Sorry. You wanted a bronze firelizard, but got a green? Deal with it.
The Staff will attempt to match dragons, whers, and firelizards as best as possible to a particular character, but it's impossible to give every single straight female Candidate a queen.
3. No spamming the C-Box. It's there for all of us to enjoy.
3a. No flaming the C-box or Board in general.
4. Keep the chat speak down to a minimum in the Out of Character areas. If any staff member cannot understand a post, it will be treated as spam and deleted.
4a. Try to be as grammatically correct as possible for the reasons stated above.
5. You may cuss, but keep it to a minimum. The board operates as PG-13. When brought to the Staff's attention, certain blocked words will be edited for RPing sake.
Use this analogy when using profanity in the Out of Character area: Your freedom to swing stops short of punching another person in the face.
6. Staff members are above the law in no way. A staff member who is abusing their authority or is acting in a manner unbecoming of a staff member can and will be demoted.
Consequences and Punishments.
As a consequence of breaking any of the rules will result in a warning or an adjustment of the Player Warn Level.
A player is allowed three warnings before they receive a temporary 24 hour ban.
After a player has been cumulatively banned for 72 hours, they will receive a one month ban.
After a player has been cumulatively banned for 3 months, the member will be banned permanently.
A player who has been banned cumulatively for more than 36 hours will lose ranking or plot important characters and ineligible for ranking or plot important characters in the future.
